My Process
1 Discovery and Enquiry
You like the look of my services and wish to work with me? Fill out my Enquiry Form thoroughly and tell me everything about your business, goals and vision.
This will help me determine if we’re a perfect match and if our creative styles align. The more detail you provide, the better!
2 We’re a good fit!
Once the scope and budget of your project are defined, you will receive a custom quote and a project proposal.
This document will provide an overview of the project, outlining your goals based on our discussions, and detailing the deliverables tailored to your needs.
3 Diving in
Once you approve the project proposal, a 100€ booking fee secures your spot.
When your project start date arrives, you’ll get access to your personalized Client Portal on Notion. There, you’ll review and sign your contract and pay the 50% project deposit (minus the 100€ already paid).
You’ll then complete a comprehensive questionnaire to provide all the details I need to craft the ideal brand strategy for you!
4 The fun part
After the onboarding process, I will begin the creative research and strategic analysis for your brand.
Choose 1 of the 2 mood-boards presented and then its Design Time! Unwind and leave the magic to me as I craft your perfect brand.
5 Collaborative creativity
I believe that achieving your dream branding requires a collaborative effort!
Your honest and detailed feedback is an essential part in ensuring we perfectly capture your vision. You also have 2 rounds of free refinements per phase during your project!
6 We made it!
After we've refined every detail and perfected your project, and once the final deposit is completed, I will prepare and deliver your final files along with any supporting materials.
You’ll then be all set to confidently unveil your new Brand Identity. Yey!
